Summer is the perfect time for these smoothie bowls, and they are sure to keep your bikini body looking great. They make a great poolside breakfast or lunch while cooling and slimming you down. I mix mine with my favorite protein powder ( Vanilla By Isagenix) but feel free to use which ever one you love. I like to mix up my flavors and toppings, so I never get bored of them. Here are my top four for the summer of 2017.

Blueberry Banana Beauty Bowl

Smoothie Base

One scoop of protein powder (your choice)

1/2 a cup of blueberries

One frozen banana

1/2 a pack of Acai

1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut milk

Blend the ingredients until smooth and pour into a bowl.


1/2 a banana sliced

1 tbsp hemp hearts

Ten frozen blueberries

1 tbsp goji berries


Coconut Mango 

Smoothie Base

one scoop of you favorite protein powder

one cup of unsweetened coconut water

one cup of frozen mango

one cup of frozen pineapple


tbsp cacao nibs

tbsp coconut

sprinkle some goji berries

ten raspberries



Green Dragon Fruit Bowl

Smoothie Base

one tbsp of greens

1/2 the inside of a dragon fruit

one scoop of protein powder

one frozen banana



dragon fruit

cacao nibs

hemp and chia seeds

Raspberry Babe Bowl 

Smoothie Base

one cup of frozen raspberries

one scoop of protein powder

1/2 cup almond milk


tbsp pumpkin seeds

tbsp cacao nibs
